Le Soufflé operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (“Services”). Le Soufflé is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung). If you do not agree, you may not access our Services.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority under the laws of your country of residence. When placing a purchase, you confirm that all account, payment, and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.

Colours, size perception, silk texture or appearance may differ depending on screen resolution and device settings. Product descriptions and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Your order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our sole discretion. We must receive payment before your order can be accepted.
Orders are subject to our separate Refund / Return Policy (Rückgabebedingungen).
Purchases are intended for personal use and are not intended for resale.

Prices are shown in EUR and may change without notice. Prices exclude shipping, handling, import duties, and taxes unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide complete payment information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.
Le Soufflé operates as a small business under §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung). No VAT is charged and no VAT is shown on invoices.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk passes to you once products are transferred to the shipping carrier. For delayed, lost, or damaged parcels, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist with information if required.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All text, images, trademarks and designs on our Services are owned by Le Soufflé or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

We may provide access to tools or third-party services without warranties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by that provider’s terms.
SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Le Soufflé uses Shopify to operate and host the Services. Shopify is not responsible for sales transactions between you and Le Soufflé.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
Where permitted by law, jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
